Drives shuttle buses and vans to provide transportation for Harrah's guests and ensures a fun-filled and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of customer service is paramount.

• Ensures bus guests are safe and comfortable using FOCUS skills.
• Responds to calls dispatched via two-way radio.
• Assists in the distribution of promotional materials to local motels.
• Tracks number of guests transported.
• Inspects interior and exterior of bus at beginning and end of every shift to ensure spotless condition; recommends servicing of the vehicle as necessary.
• Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
• Keeps informed of promotional packages, and relays this information to guests. Offers directional information, driving/hotel related. Informs guests of all hotel facilities and their location and offers to be of further assistance upon request.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Outgoing personality enjoys conversing with guests.
• During crunch periods able to receive vehicle from guests who park Valet and fills out parking ticket, checking for and recording damage.
• Performs duties of door person when not transporting guests or inspecting vehicles.
• Maintains a neat and well-groomed appearance.

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Drivers License required. Clean driving record required based upon company guidelines. Motor Vehicle Report conducted to confirm.
• Must have the ability to deal with a variety of people in a courteous and professional manner.
• One-year experience preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge of local area.
• Must be personable and outgoing.
• Must present a professional and impeccable appearance.
• Must perform duties with a sense of urgency.
• Fluency and literacy in English.
• Demonstrated excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Ability to operate vehicles with a variety of controls in a safe, efficient manner.
• Ability to tolerate noise, odors and vibrations without losing concentration.
• Ability to read a map and to follow verbal directions.
• Ability to assist passengers into and out of vehicle.
• Ability to handle large/heavy items up to 75 pounds and stand entire shift.
• Auditory and visual range must include immediate environment.
