Job Summary:
Our Operations Managers are responsible for selecting and training of new staff, performance assessments, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions of their staff. Overseeing the status of operational issues, managing schedules and preparing/presenting reports. Monitoring and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

Pay and Benefits
Salary Range: $99,000-118,000
