The Installation Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and Sales Support Staff to maintain the work schedules for our installation network and monitor the progress of installation projects.
Responsibilities:
Determine number of installers needed per job and number of hours/days to install a product.
Contact installers and customers to schedule and confirm installation projects.
Provide paperwork, drawings and specifications to the installers.
Generate installation metric reports.
Process and distribute paperwork for completed projects.
Support all PO invoicing functions for the Interiors Group.
Assist in contractor license management and prevailing wage registrations.
Manage I-29 Summary Report for State of Ohio on monthly basis.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a customer support or scheduling role preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
