Daily Duties:
You will load paper rolls onto the spool and feeds the end into the machines. One machine winds the paper into a tube and cuts it to length before ejecting it onto a conveyor. You will inspect the straws and load them into the next operation. The machine will wrap the straws before ejecting them from the machine onto a belt that will fill another small hopper. You inspect the wrapped straws for defects then pack them into a box for shippment. You will make technical adjustments to the machines and ensure the line stays clear of excess product, while monitoring the operation. Through the shift you will track your production and preform required daily maintenance on the machine.
