The Managing Partner's Office is looking for a qualified individual who will provide executive-level support for community/board commitments and engagements. This role will be responsible for leading the scheduling, planning and support of senior leaders in their community and board commitments.


  • Provide community and board commitment support to senior leaders in the firm.

  • Effectively prepare senior leaders for community and board commitments through prepared briefs and aligning the appropriate stakeholder groups.

  • Collaborate with and coordinate resources internally and externally to develop systems and processes that will further equip senior-level leaders to plan and engage community and board commitments and share back learnings into the firm.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to develop high impact communications and story telling.

  • Partnership with internal Community Impact and Reputation Management organizations to ensure efficient collaboration in support of senior leaders.

  • Day-to-day project management of the internal and external engagements being approved for senior leaders in the firm.

  • Measurement and reporting capabilities for community and board commitment impact, including annual report to senior leaders.


  • Leadership experience in community organizations is preferred

  • Board/Committee leadership experience preferred; financial services committee experience a plus

  • Must have 5-7 years of Financial Services or Non profit work experience
