Summary:
The Regional Sales Trainer is responsible for providing sales, (product) technical support and training on sales policies and resources for the ADS Security sales team, supporting the branch General Manager(s) and working to increase overall sales success. Additionally, the Regional Sales Trainer will be called on to help recruit new sales team members as well as leading regularly scheduled sales meetings and sales focused events (trade shows, “call nights”, “sales blitzes”, etc.”).
