Job Description:

Under the general supervision of a director, the Reporting Specialist works with leading retailers and brands to identify new opportunities using data-driven approaches. The Reporting Specialist has conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as it relates to report writing/design and basic to intermediate data analysis.

Primary Accountabilities:

Collect, clean and analyze data
Create spreadsheets and relevant reports that provide insight into key data points as it relates to clients or business strategies
Ensure high data quality through regular quality check
Develop cross group and cross functional reports covering client need
Clearly communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to clients and managers
Collaborate and communicate with data professionals and upper management to oversee projects
Utilize best practices in time management skills in order to perform regular daily tasks in addition to extra projects as assigned by supervisor/manager
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as assigned 
Assist with creating reporting enhancements 
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Interact with clients regarding data issues or requests

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree 
3-5 years related work experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and education that provides the proper background for this position
Web Research  
Excel Basic to Intermediate
MS PowerPoint Basic
Knowledge of Descriptive Statistics
Propensity for Learning
Good Written, Oral, & Presentation Skills

Additional Information

The national average hiring range for this job is $48302- $62730 and the salary can fluctuate based on geographic location and qualifications. Pay is based on several factors which may include, but are not limited to: education, work experience, certifications, labor markets, etc. This role includes an opportunity for company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Core Company Performance Bonus.

The actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
