What you will do

Do you have experience with Physical Security/Access Control Systems and enjoy working teaching and managing all aspects of a Technical Training Program?    Do you enjoy developing Procedures, motivating a team and Processes to deliver quality training?   Is so this might be the job for you.

This person is responsible to Manage the technical training team for Software House, American Dynamics, and Exacq Platforms.   In addition, you will work with team members on material improvement, new and innovative way to deliver trainings, develop teams’ skills and deliver profitable results. You will also set training schedules to meet customer demands, schedule instructors for training at our training centers and onsite at customer locations for each of these brands.

How you will do it

  • Administer Trainings remotely and in-classroom settings.

  • Setup Virtual environments to perform classroom trainings and migrations.

  • Interface with Sales and System Integrators to quote schedule and deliver Product Trainings both in house and remotely.

  • Manage Student registration and payment programs for efficient enrollment of students.

  • Work with Product Management and Course writers to assure training is of the highest quality and meets the needs of our students.  

What we look for


  • College Degree or Equivalent experience.

  • 5 years in Technical Industry desired. Physical Security Industry preferred.

  • Knowledge of CCURE 9000 and American Dynamics victor is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Information Technology background required.

  • SQL/T-SQL Skills strongly desired.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills and sense of urgency.

  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, working remotely with minimal supervision and high level of attention to detail.

  • Ability to be a team player at all levels of Johnson Controls and customer organizations.

  • Ability to travel on a regular basis throughout the assigned United States.

  • Excellent written & verbal communications.

  • Microsoft Office, database, spreadsheet, and presentation software proficiency.
