  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree or master's degree program in one of the following: Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Management, Finance, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum completion of Sophomore level coursework from an accredited institution.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Employees/Interns must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant internship/work/research experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of investment casting manufacturing process a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP programming.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) proficiency.
  • Microsoft Power BI, or similar, competency.
