Job Description:

Ardurra is seeking an Airport Planning Leader to join our staff in Houston, TX.

We have an established planning team and a steady influx of new projects. We need an airport planning professional to jump in and lead this team, while growing this element of our business. The solid foundation is there – jump in, lead and build the practice how you want to!

Required Qualifications for Airport Planning Leader

• 8+ years’ experience in Aviation Planning


• Bachelor’s Degree in a Planning or Aviation Field


• Proven Leadership Skills


• Knowledge of the FAA Planning Process


• Business Development experience and skills


• Excellent collaboration and communication skills


• Proficient with Microsoft Office


• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment

Physical Requirements for Airport Planning Leader

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer


• Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company


• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds


• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle


• Ability to travel for meetings, client visits, etc.
