JOB PURPOSE
Enova is a shared services company that supports a group of Omaha based companies including NMC Caterpillar, RAKA, Ceres and Vancer. Our team consists of ~80 professionals who provide support services in Marketing, Human Resources, Training, Recruiting, Accounting, Finance, Safety, Warranty, Continuous Improvement, Information Technology and Strategy.
Enova is looking for a part-time Human Resources employee to complete an essential scanning project. The position is expected to last approximately 6 months.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

• Scan paper documents into cloud system and label documents accordingly.
• Prepare paper documents for off site storage facility and send appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
