Senior Business Analyst intelliPath Connected - eviCore at Cigna

The Senior Business Analyst (Client Account Support Senior Advisor) for the intelliPath Connected solution provides total relationship management and support for a portfolio of clients from new implementations through a continued contract renewal process.

Responsibilities


  • Establish and maintains effective rapport among channel partners, customer executives, managers, and staff.

  • Investigates customer or internally discovered data anomalies, partnering closely with the technical support team to find a resolution.

  • Completes testing and roll-out of the intelliPath Connected solution, ongoing new functionality, and new connected health plans for assigned customers.

  • Promotes system optimization through ongoing client evaluation of goal achievement, production data analysis, software configuration, upgrades, and training.

  • Manages risk within client portfolio to maximize client satisfaction, and outcomes and minimize churn.

  • This candidate will also be expected to mentor novice Account Managers.

Qualifications


  • High School diploma: Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of the prior authorization and medical benefits management processes to consult on workflows for identified customer challenges.

  • Multi-client management with the ability to develop a management plan for assigned client portfolios.

  • Superior presentation skills with customer executives and staff to introduce new/enhanced system functionality to client portfolios.

  • Strong data analytical skills, software/system issue investigation/triage, and attention to detail for customer issue resolution.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external messaging.

  • Experience working with product owners and software developers.

  • Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and/or external stakeholders.

  • Expert computer user of a variety of applications including Microsoft Office and Tableau.

  • Understands information technology concepts and processes.

  • Ability to coordinate with the Sales, Product, Engineering, and QA Teams on mutual customer accounts.

  • Working knowledge of health plans rules

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Healthcare consulting experience

  • Project management and oversight experience with healthcare IT solutions in large IDN's and academic medical centers

  • Experience working with accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Strong working knowledge of internet and cloud-based systems

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 84,300 - 140,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
