JOB SUMMARY
Pella of Denver & Northern Colorado is seeking a Trade Sales Manager who will be responsible and accountable for overseeing the sales activities and growth of their team, within the context of the overall organizational and segment goals, with a focus on consistently delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

The right candidate will be:
A solid performer who enjoys leading, coaching and motivating a sales team, ensuring accountability and creating clear paths to success. You will be highly observant and detail-oriented, acquiring an understanding of the business, products and services, resulting in increased department performance. You are someone who demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction, leading by example, and who has a passion for building successful, high performing teams.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Managing the sales process and staff to support the fulfillment of branch objectives, market share growth and profitability.
Monitoring department standards and implementing plans to improve departmental productivity and service.
Key driver for process development and improvement, accountability, training, communication, and execution among the sales team.
Actively and fully participating in the segment's management team and associated management activities.
Handling escalated customer complaints and providing dispute resolution.
Continually striving for 100% "Very Satisfied" clients.


Qualifications:

2+ Managing a B2B Sales team.
3 to 5 years building materials sales related experience.
Individual's motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.


Requirements:

Experience in process improvement, policy development and implementation.
Knowledge of general construction application and terminology and/or window and door applications.
75% in field coaching and mentoring sales team.
