QTC is seeking qualified candidates for a Clinic Office Manager opportunity in our Sioux Falls, SD clinic.


In this rewarding role, you will:



  • Manage day to day operations of assigned clinic(s) to include planning and coordinating work assignments of all clinic staff

  •  Teach, train, coach and mentor your team

  • Set staff goals and expectations

  • Onboard new employees

  •  Daily approvals of employee timekeeping

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent quality, timeliness, and customer service throughout the entire claimant and customer experience

  • Responsible for ongoing on-site provider satisfaction through engagement and retention efforts

  • Training and implementation of all policies, procedures, goals, and objectives for assigned staff

  • Ensures strict confidentiality of all medical records, PHI and PII

  • Consistently audit clinic to meet established operational and safety standards (e.g., expired supplies, annual fire inspection, fridge temps, sharps disposal, equipment calibration, etc.)

  • Responsible for managing clinic budget to include medical and office supply inventory

  • Assist Regional Managers with provider scheduling

  • Review and analyze clinic metrics to ensure meeting company goals (e.g., weekly, quarterly, annually, etc.)


You must have:



  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience/combined education

  • 4-7 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in an Occupational, General or Internal Medicine work environment

  • CPR certification required

  • Certification and experience as a Medical Assistant, LVN, LPN, EMT, Military Medic, or Hospital Corpsman

  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation


Typical Day:



  • Initial training will be Mon – Fri: 8:00am – 4:30pm for 3 weeks

  • Position is located ONSITE at our Sioux Falls, SD Clinic

  • Typical shifts are Mon- Fri 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM


 


Pay and Benefits:


Pay Range $55,858- $68,273


The QTC Management pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
