Today, Piedmont Plastics is currently hiring for a Warehouse Associate (Part-Time Driver) to add to our Las Vegas team! In this position you will be responsible for driving a delivery truck approximately 40% of the week while also performing warehouse duties within the local branch. A CDL isn't required for this position!

In this position you will be required to:

Driver Responsibilities 


  • Preparation of sales orders  to establish an efficient route.

  • Complete any delivery specifications, special instructions or customer requirements located on the sales order 

  • Load trucks in correspondence with route and sales orders.

  • Deliver materials in acceptable condition with dedication to customer satisfaction.

  • Follow all rules of the road and loading/unloading docking procedures along with inspecting vehicle daily to ensure vehicle is in safe and proper working condition.

  • Responsible for general warehouse housekeeping and safe work habits.

  • Assists in stocking of materials and customer service as required.

  • Performs miscellaneous duties as required

When not driving, responsibilities that maybe required:


  • Read sales orders to determine items to be picked, packed and/or shipped

  • Convey materials and items from receiving to storage racks or to other designated areas

  • Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets, shelves, or conveys orders to packing station for shipping

  • Use proper packing techniques for protecting products during shipping as noted in work instructions

  • Utilize computer or bar code scanner to enter records, tack material and control inventory

  • Drive forklift to transport material

  • Responsible for general warehouse housekeeping and safe work habits

If you have:


  • At least one year of experience working in a warehouse environment

  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report

  • Delivery experience not required but preferred

  • Minimum of one year experience driving a forklift

  • A high school diploma or GED

  • Ability to lift up to a maximum of 100 pounds

  • A positive attitude and are a team player
