You Will

• Manage team members’ daily activities, assuring the team is achieving safety, quality & productivity standards




• Coordinate & prioritize work schedules, assignments & training, guiding and developing Associates to be successful




• Monitor process & production, leading the team to resolve issues & identify improvement opportunities




• Facilitate communication between leaders & to your team




• Grow your knowledge and leadership skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences, positioning you for promotion

You Have

• Able to work days (7 am – 7 pm) or nights (7 pm – 7 am) & a schedule cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, repeat




• High school diploma, GED or equivalent




• Minimum of 6 months Leadership Experience overseeing teams of 4 or more people. (Manufacturing Environment preferred)




• Great social and interpersonal skills to relate with & motivate people




• Proficiency operating a computer to enter & retrieve data




• Excellent critical thinking & analytical skills




• Knowledge of 6S & continuous improvement desired




• Ability to lift & move up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable
