We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team in Syracuse, NY. In this role you will be able to showcase your customer service, marketing and leasing talents, help prospective residents find the perfect new home and perform various tasks that allow our apartment community shine.

The position requires in-person interactions with co-workers and customers. For everyone’s safety, vaccination against COVID-19 is required as a condition of employment. The company will make reasonable accommodations when appropriate.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Previous leasing experience in residential property management

Ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents

Ability to organize the schedule according to the priorities and meet deadlines

Use of effective sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic in order to maintain occupancy

Experience with Affordable Housing programs such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits or HUD is beneficial (we will train the right candidate)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful
