Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY: This customer facing position offers a unique opportunity to expand skill sets and work across a broad range of IT infrastructure responsibilities. This includes hardware, software and general systems support for personal computers, the local area network (LAN), voice communications, and video conferencing services. The position is an essential role within our Corporate IT team supporting a critical client group.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide internal users with help desk support and troubleshooting.
• Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
• Install and assure all devices are kept compliant with the required security software.
• Support network changes and server maintenance.
• Hardware/software set up, installation and training for new users.
• Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity
• Provide support for voice and mobile infrastructure/equipment across all departments. including Moves, Adds and Changes (MACs) in Microsoft Teams phone and voicemail systems
• Provide support for printers and other multifunction devices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Appropriate certification or an Associate or Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience applicable to the skills below, and preferably in a corporate environment.

OTHER SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac OS support and associated hardware.
• Experience with Azure and Active Directory required.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Systems required.
• Understanding of Office 365 products (Exchange Online, SharePoint, MS Teams).
• Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively troubleshoot by phone or in person
• Must have professional presence and customer service aptitude
