Not only is this a Level 1 Trauma Center, but it also features a Level III NICU, the hospital offering clinical expertise in a variety of areas including cardiac, cancer, neurosciences, women’s health, and advanced surgery including robotic and minimally invasive surgery. The RN Case Manager will be joining a hardworking team of professionals to maintain the system's highly regarded rank.
The RN Case Manager will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the patient’s plan of care from admission to post-discharge. The individual coordinates, negotiates, manages and implements the care of complex patients to facilitate achievement of quality and cost effective patient outcomes. The Case Management Nurse will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary staff internal and external to the organization.
This 300+ bed hospital seeks an RN Case Manager with their Registered Nurse, BSN, and 2-3 years of recent acute care experience. Nurse Leaders with their Case Management Certification will earn quick interviews.
