Summary:


The focus of this long-term temporary role (through June 2024) is to lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Plan for the Revenue Cycle (Rev Cycle) Project, which involves the planning, development and execution of OCM, Formal Training and Communication actions that align with and support the overarching Rev Cycle Project Objectives and Timeline.


The Organizational Development Senior Advisor - -Revenue Cycle OCM Lead (OD Sr. Advisor - Rev Cycle OCM) reports to the Director of Organizational Development and works in close collaboration with the Senior Executive Director Marketing and the Executive Director of Clinical and Rev Cycle Applications (IT), as well as members of the OD Team; external Rev Cycle Project consultants and a members of a wide variety of internal stakeholders throughout the Roswell Park operations.


As OCM lead for the project, the OD Sr. Advisor - Rev Cycle OCM will be responsible for designing, maintaining, coordinating and implementing a dynamic Change Management Plan which includes:


• Planning and executing a "change readiness" review at the beginning of Phase III and a few months before the "Go Live" date of June 2024
• Providing organizational design recommendations based on these reviews to ensure momentum during Phase III and a seamless transition to the "Go Live" phase


In close collaboration with key stakeholders in the OD, Marketing and IT departments, you will also
• Assist in the design and execution of new and existing Communications plans
• Develop content for planned communication actions
• Assist in the development of the Project training plan for Change Champions, Superusers and end-users
• Build the necessary infrastructure in MS Teams, Workday and other platforms to enable delivery of training to all stakeholder groups
• Provide regular progress updates to members of the Project Management team and other stakeholders




Qualifications:


Required Education and Experience


1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, one of the Behavioral Sciences or related discipline and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time experience designing, developing and coordinating initiatives that drive individual and/or team performance improvement; or
2. Associate's degree in Psychology, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, one of the Behavioral Sciences or related discipline and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full-time experience designing, developing and coordinating initiatives that drive individual and/or team performance improvement.


NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in Marketing/Communications, Psychology; Information Technology; Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, one of the Behavioral Sciences or related discipline.

  • Four years' experience planning, designing, developing and coordinating large-scale initiatives that drive individual and/or team performance improvement

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential, ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or equivalent.
