Meyer Utility Structures seeks experienced Senior Fitter/Welders to work on all three shifts. Senior Fitter/Welders must meet all requirements during their tenure as a Senior Fitter/Welder. Senior Fitter/Welders will be evaluated annually to ensure qualifications are met. If these qualifications are not met or are unable to maintain, employees will be removed as Senior Fitter/Welder, and the pay will be deducted.

• Safety,
o No safety violations/incidents for one year
• Quality,
o UT defects are less than 3% during the last year

• Delivery,
o Skilled operators as Fitter and Welder,
• Must be able to Fit any size and complexity section (pole) in any bay, including the Arms department
• Must be certified to weld on any section, in any bay, including arms and C-weld
• Must be able to weld out any section with little to no visual
• Must be able to fit within the standard time
• Must be able to Weld out with n the standard time
• Attendance points (less than 6 points) – 1 year
• Good Attitude (Most recent performance review)
o Operators willing to support production needs as needed/requested by lead man/supervisor
o Operator displays a good attitude all the time, always helping others
o Good leadership skill
o Must be willing to do other things in the plant
o Team Player
