Heritage Ministries at Rolling Fields is in growth mode and currently looking for a Scheduler to join our team! As a Scheduler you will be an essential part of our team! The Schedulers primary responsibilities are to input and maintain accurate nursing department schedule and assist to fulfill nursing scheduling needs on a daily basis. The Scheduler works with the Regional Scheduler and the Payroll department to ensure all nursing personnel are accurately scheduled within the electronic scheduling software applications and payroll applications. The Scheduler follows internal processes to ensure daily PPD records are tracked and documented accurately. Responsibilities:
Follow the directions of the Regional Scheduler. Enters and updates computer data information for inter-and-Intra department use. Maintains computerized nursing department staffing schedule and updates as necessary. Ensures accurate communication of information to Assigned Supervisor and Corporate Payroll Administrators office for payment of employee benefit time. Processes, monitors, and tracks all nursing requests for benefit time. Reviews daily time records of assigned employees and communicates benefit time to Corporate Payroll Administrator. Maintains system for tracking re-certification and licensure of nursing department staff members. Verifies compliance and notifies Administrator of non-compliance issues. Completes necessary paperwork for re-certification. Maintains log of Nursing Assistant Trainee participants and completes necessary paper work for Skills Evaluation and Written testing. Maintains and monitors record of in-service attendance and monitors for compliance. Notifies Administrator of non-compliance issues. Prepares nursing time cards for processing in Payroll. Reconciles and maintains time card punch data.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED/TASC preferred. Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments. Ability to interact appropriately and professionally with staff, residents, vendors, and volunteers. Long term care experience preferred
