We are searching for a motivated & experienced Customer Service Representative.
Responsible for communication between the customers and all relevant departments of the company.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.
Acts as Recall Coordinator (as per Recall and Crisis Management plan) for customer communications.Monitors and analyzes sales results against program projections. Communicate progress to senior managementDesigns realistic action plans to effect change and effectively assign and manage task to accomplish goals.Supports day-to-day sales activities of the company's three segment specialties: Retail, Club/Mass and Food Service. Co-ordinate sales activities within the overall business planCultivates current and new relationships to enhance our reputation as an innovative leader in the frozen dough and par-baked breads categoryRequests New Product Development based on Market or Customer Request and develops the related Sales Forecast and Industry Analysis
Establishes a program/system where All Sales Co-Workers can freely submit creative ideas, discuss and contribute to ideas towards existing system for the improvement of the Company's Sales initiatives and follow-up and give feedback on ideas submittedPromotes communication and coordination within the sales organization by compiling and analyzing sales data to provide trend dataMaintains corporate level contacts of existing and potential customersEnsures all sales messages and marketing communications are consistentCoordinates and communicates with Sales Leaders, Groups and Area ManagersParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as required
In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments. Must follow all Company Safety policies, as well as all GMP regulationsAs part of your supervisory responsibility and as a back-up, supervisors must be able to do your work in ways that ensure safe food. You must also be aware of issues associated with food safety and safe food handling practices that are relevant to your job. Formal training is not required, but in house Food Safety Training conducted by a qualified staff member is mandatory. You must know how to recognize, prevent and alleviate food safety hazards. This position requires good working knowledge of the SQF code
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and training.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.The Order Entry ResponsibleEntering orders/data, In JDE Perform order entry in superior level ofaccuracyPossess a positive attitude and be customer service oriented, have strongcommunication skillsStrong problem -solving skills attention to detailMulti-task and prioritize tasksManaging customer service issuesSupporting the sales teamCommunicate with sales team and customers about orderConfirm correct pricing per orderWork with customers and sale team to resolve issuesCollaborate with production team to resolve issuesForm professional relationships with customersFollowing up on the status of orders and relay messages onto the appropriateindividualsManages Main phone lineMaintain all systems invoicing, credit memos and RAs and daily filingtasksExcellent computer skills utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Drive, , Salesforce , JD Edwards, and Tablo.
