What You Will Be Doing - Create and maintain a data pipeline design that is as efficient as possible.
- Assemble huge, complicated data sets that satisfy both functional and non-functional business needs.
- Identify, create, and implement changes to internal processes, such as automating manual operations, improving data delivery, and re-designing infrastructure for increased scalability.
-Support the infrastructure needed to extract, transform, and load data from a range of data sources utilizing SQL and Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Create analytics tools that take use of the data flow to deliver meaningful insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other important business indicators.
- Assist stakeholders, such as the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams, with data-related technical difficulties and provide support for their data infrastructure needs.
- Maintain data security across organizational boundaries.
- Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.
What You Need for this Position - Understanding of or ability to quickly learn Python and/or SQL, which are our key data engineering languages.
- A thorough knowledge of the fundamentals of data engineering, including ETL vs. ELT, structured vs. unstructured data, data quality, and data governance.
- Being able to contribute to a solution's design, infrastructure, development, testing, and maintenance.
- The capacity to develop and promote technology fixes for business issues.
- An awareness of cloud computing and the need to build cloud-native solutions differently from conventional ones..
