Dura-Line is hiring a Quality Lead Technician in our manufacturing plant in Clinton, TN which is under New Leadership . Reports directly to Quality Manager and oversees the Quality Assurance team in the development and administration of internal and external regulations, protocols and policies as well as creates and maintains test data, performs testing and reporting to ensure a consistent and high level of quality for all Dura-Line products We are looking for someone that is hands-on, and very customer-centric and results-oriented.

Shift and Pay:

  • Day Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Monday-Friday with the flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays is required as scheduled.
  • Starting Pay $ 21.43

What will you be doing?

  • Review equipment calibration, validation, and maintenance records to ensure they are performed correctly and on time.
  • Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to the Quality Management System.
  • Test incoming raw material.
  • Conduct training for new Quality Technicians.
  • Manage the schedule of Quality Technicians.
  • Inspect and tag reels.
  • Prepare and maintain Quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal and external expectations.
  • Document nonconforming material; clearly and accurately.
  • Participate in process improvement teams and/or completes relative documentation when required.
  • Assist in the continuous growth of the Quality Department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must have experience of 2 years in quality/inspection procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word PowerPoint)
  • SAP knowledge
  • TL-9000 experience
