As an Account Development Manager, you will grow new sales through assigned PPG Paints stores, growing both existing business and developing new accounts. You will report to the Regional Manager and work remotely. Territory will include Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties.

Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing customer account by keeping up to date with current promotions, new products, and with current customer service practices to find opportunities for growth.
Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, account with growth potential, and understand existing business and the segments they serve; Facilitate and accurate customer quotes to achieve margin targets with PPG pricing strategies.
Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to run accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports.
Collaborate with store managers and employees to ensure customers' needs are met.
High school diploma required with 3+ years of previous sales experience with stellar customer service acuity, Higher-level education degree in a business-related field.
CRM software experience preferred while previous coatings experience is sought after.
Daily travel within your assigned territory; must have valid driver's license.
