Job Description:

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will implement the company strategy that drives overall field operations/sales excellence and delivers sales growth. In this role, you will build, mentor, and perform on a hard-working team. Regional Operations Managers are responsible for management of PPG store personnel and all aspects of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales plans for sales growth and key sales objectives while leading costs, receivables, and expenses within required targets.
  • Remain passionate about customer service by ensuring that high service standards are maintained, and customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved.
  • Maintain a high level of security, and full compliance with Company policies within the store in regard to stock, financial transactions, security and premises.
  • Ensure that the appearance of the stores' exterior and interior, including merchandizing displays are maintained to required standards.


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 10+ years proven experience managing a team and demonstrated record of selling success.
  • Lead a team of up to 180 indirect reports.
  • Experience with CRM software tools, sales analytics, territory reporting, and planning is a plus.
  • Travel within the United States required.
