As an Assistant Manager in Training, you’ll spend 100% of your time training and preparing for the role of Assistant Manager. This training is generally four-six months in length and covers all aspects of Best Buy management including company culture, customer focus, business process, financial analysis and reporting, and overall leadership skills. It’s your time to shine! Once training is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for an open Assistant Manager role where you’ll deliver a world-class customer experience while playing a vital role in implementing sales strategies, analyzing business results, and delivering on all aspects of the sales experience both inside and outside of the store. Assistant Store Managers are an essential part of the management team with total store responsibility for training and mentoring of associates, building an effective sales culture, and driving positive outcomes for the company.
