Location : Hybrid- Working 2 days in office, 3 days working remotely
Tempe, AZ 85282: This position is temporarily remote but will eventually return to the office located at 2900 South Diablo Way as conditions permit.

  • $17 hourly paid biweekly $1500

A role you will love
As a Customer Service Specialist you'll begin your career with 7 to 8 weeks of training Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. During this time you'll learn to navigate our systems while following a basic call script designed to engage our customers. You be given everything you need to to ask the appropriate fact-find questions necessary to provide accurate information. Following training you'll achieve work life balance with 10 paid holidays, 3 weeks of PTO, and a set M -F schedule between the hours of 6am and 6pm. Everyone that start will work the closing shift which is 9:30a-6p, you are put in for an earlier shift. Previous call center experience is preferred, but a commitment to bringing world class service is required.

Mastery of multi-tasking : Typical tasks involve account research, functions on screen, remaining engaged with the caller
Empathy : Some callers may have questions or concerns that are difficult to articulate, an aptitude for patience is essential
Communication : Ability to speak and hear on a telephone system is a requirement and essential function.
Experience: Previous experience in mortgage lending customer service a role preferred
Administration : Basic computer navigation and trouble shooting skills like Microsoft Office and Outlook
Technology: Strong ability to use technology - dual monitors, navigate multiple screens , basic trouble shooting and
Autonomy : The ability to work from home in a virtual environment, where you will need the following;10 Mbps of high-speed internet connectivity (hotspot not acceptable). A personal landline or cell phone and quiet place to work

  • Must reside in the Phoenix AZ area - required
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - required
  • Dedicated personal landline or cell phone for usage during hours of operation - required

  • We've kept our business running during the pandemic by moving most of our employees to remote working, and by creating and maintaining a safe environment for those people who need to be in the office. We carefully limit the amount of people at our locations and ensure that those who cannot work remotely are kept safe with proper distancing and protective equipment.   • In most circumstance we are currently performing all interviews, assessments, and background checks online to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
