Position: Full-time Repair Technician/Equipment Technician

Location:  Tulsa, Oklahoma

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Position Summary: The Equipment Technician is responsible for repairing and maintenance on spray equipment or other small engine repair.  May manage the shop.  Tools provided.  No experience required. Will train.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repairs on Spray Equipment and other small engines


• Assist with organization of parts inventory


• Ensuring that high customer service standards are maintained, and customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved


• Assist customers in person and over the phone with questions/orders regarding equipment


• Ensures the efficiency of all daily operational procedures


• May also perform counter sales duties as assigned.


• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Valid Driver's License


• Excellent customer service skills, on the phone and in person


• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store/sales team


• Good written and verbal communication skills


• Knowledgeable of basic computer programs and data key entry


• Ability to problem solve


• Strong organization skills


• Ability to lift 70 pounds frequently


• Must be able to operate with limited supervision and guidance


• Should be mechanically inclined and have some mechanical experience


• Knowledge and use of basic tools


• Small engine repair experience a plus

Spectrum Paint will provide training.

Candidates must be able to pass a background check and MVR check.

This job requires standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching overhead, gripping, squatting, and carrying the product to and from the delivery and customer vehicles as well as to areas within the store.
