Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Security Systems & Integration Administrator is responsible for new security projects, on-going maintenance and programming of security systems for all QTC locations including clinic facilities.  Will lead and take point in security risk assessments, incidents and awareness as needed.  Primary responsibilities include direct supervision of the QTC/Leidos Employee COMPANY Identification process.  CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion systems, visitor management and temporary badging for admin and clinic office staff.   

*This opportunity will be a 50/50 hybrid role located in or near San Dimas, CA or San Antonio, TX. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading, planning & development of new security projects; monitoring project progress, communicating project process within project timelines (e.g., security systems review & implementations, improvement work, relocations, new construction, etc.)

  • Will lead and participate in the performance of site facility surveys, security risk assessments, business continuity plans, emergency response plans, and other security related activities

  • Responsible for on-going maintenance and programming of security systems within QTC Administration and Clinic Services facilities

  • Assist with coordination and communication of emergency preparedness programs as needed

  • Responsible for deploying emergency communication / supplies throughout QTC campus sites and clinic offices across the US

  • Leads deployment of emergency communication/supplies throughout QTC sites nationwide

  • Collaborates with QTC Facilities, Business Continuity Planning, Human Resources, and Environmental Health & Safety staff at both QTC and Leidos personnel as needed.  

  • Drive security assessments, incidents, and awareness as needed

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned



  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively both internally and externally

  • Knowledge of government background investigation process

  • Excellent customer service and follow through skills

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills


Pay and Benefits: 

Salary range: $100,000 - $123,000

The QTC pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law. 


Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education 

  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience preferably supporting the Veterans Administration or other Civil Government Agencies processing handling Public Trust and personnel security requirements.  Deployment of Security Systems and access to regional system capability/response a must.

  • Competent in applications CCure and exacqVision is highly preferred
