Responsibilities


As a Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Inspector, your work functions will include but are not limited to:



  • You will be responsible to conduct process interruption investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions to prevent future loss.’

  • This position is responsible for field level implementation of the Fort Knox Quality Control Plan, policies, procedures, and guidelines as instructed.

  • You will be performing quality inspections of custodial operations, facilities maintenance work orders, individual job orders, and preventive maintenance activities.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing quality work methods and process improvement initiatives.

  • Performs various evaluations, internal/external audits, and creates and provides reports to Management.

  • Ensuring that the quality of products and services provided meet required specification through incidental, random, and planned inspections to include those provided by Subcontractors.

  • Responsible to work with Operations personnel to provide corrective and preventive actions to correct any deficiencies in a timely manner and to attain continuous quality improvement.

  • Track results of inspections and provide Management with results for inclusion into KPI reporting.

  • Prepare timely and accurate quality reports as instructed.

  • Responsible to assist with customer complaint investigations and work with Operations and Management personnel for resolution.

  • Conducts periodic audits of facilities, processes, and records to ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations.

  • May be required to attend periodic meetings/conferences/briefings to review contract performance.

  • May represent SourceAmerica to subcontractors, tenants, and business partners in matters concerning the quality of products and/or services.



Salary Range


The salary for this position falls in a range between $66,022 - $98,496 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.


Minimum Qualifications



  • Associates Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement.

  • 5 years of relevant work experience.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution.

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to create reports, graphs, and correspondence to external parties and regulatory entities.

  • Must have the ability to create and analyze quality statistics.

  • Candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead training sessions and develop summaries and reports.

  • Must have necessary mobility and other abilities to access all facilities and areas to conduct inspections, customer complaint investigations, or other related activities. Work environments may include uneven surfaces, high work locations, and extreme or inclement weather.

  • We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes— experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.


Work Environment


SourceAmerica has a hybrid work arrangement with its employees. Due to the nature of the essential job functions of this role, you will be required to work in the Fort Knox, KY office Monday-Friday.
