Project Accountant - Technology Finance - New York, NY
A new Project Accountant - Technology Financeposition has been created to join the global MMC Tech project financials team (run and change) which would well suit a newly qualified accountant with a passion for expense management. Our team purpose is to ensure that MMC Technology expense of >$1bn is transparent and clearly understood by the global technology leadership teams, as well as the wider finance teams and business units we support.
Core responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:
Responsibility and ownership of project financials for specific business unit(s)
Close collaboration with Finance Business Partner for specific business unit(s) to ensure aligned financial reporting to GL and Strategic plans
Finance business partnering activities across global technology teams
Support drive and focus for continuous improvement across project financials team to establish best practice and consistency across MMC Tech
Prepare monthly project reporting and deliver presentations to senior leadership teams
Provide Ad hoc support to the project financials team as required

The applicable base salary range for this role is $89,100 to $178,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
