SHOP SERVICE COORDINATOR: Do you love working with a wide variety of people, building relationships with customers, and solving problems? Pape Material Handling, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team in Tigard, OR.

As our Shop Service Coordinator, you will ensure the opening, maintaining, proofing, and closing of service department work orders in an accurate and timely manner, manage technicians’ MSP and UtiliPro time cards, assist customers, and more!

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.


• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.


• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Starting Compensation: $25+/hr (Depending on Experience)
