WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Senior HR Generalist, you will be in a multi-faceted role where you will administer human resources policies and programs while balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. Each day, you will be seen as a primary contact that can deliver guidance and support in a positive and professional way to ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws. Furthermore, you will act as first-line assistance to employees, providing advice, and supporting managers on a range of employment issues, including employee benefits and leave administration.
For you to thrive in this role, you must be able to provide guidance to management and employees on complex and sensitive issues, as well as perform advanced employee relations functions. This will include supporting and counseling regarding personnel and job-related conflicts, problem-solving, dispute resolution, and managing performance issues.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Starting Compensation: $30-43/hr (Depending on Experience)
