As an Associate Director for the fashion category, your role is to inspire customers to consider Walmart as a destination for fashion. You will lead Walmart fashion's elevated brands & select seasonal campaigns with the goal of changing the perception of Walmart fashion, attracting new customers to our business and driving repeat amongst existing Walmart shoppers. You will partner cross-functionally with retail, site merchandising, seasonal marketing, as well as paid, owned, and earned media channel teams to create and execute marketing plans for our strategic, high-priority category. You'll also lead fashion partnerships and integrations in exciting cross-functional initiatives like livestreams, Roblox & more.

Elevated Brands. Lead fashion elevated brand marketing campaigns and partnerships - from developing the brief, refining the strategy & overseeing creative development to managing execution and analyzing performance. Partner closely with merchandising teams to understand brand priorities, as well as, in-store experience and signage teams to better leverage our physical footprint to drive growth.
Seasonal Fashion/Trend. Lead select seasonal campaigns (eg. Spring/Fall Fashion) to acquire new fashion customers and change perception of Fashion at Walmart Oversee end-to-end campaigns to drive consideration & conversion working with creative, site experience, and digital paid and owned media teams (Partnerships/Influencer, Search, Paid Social/Display, Affiliate & CRM)
Fashion Partnerships. Partner closely with the Brand Partnerships & Experiences team to support the fashion category within their digital experiences and elevated partnerships that drive social commerce and brand engagement at scale. Initiatives include Walmart Land on Roblox, shoppable livestreams & more.
Manage fashion inputs for always-on affiliate coverage, including influencer marketing

10+ years relevant experience in fashion marketing. E-commerce marketing is a plus.

Prior management experience.
BA/BS degree with strong academic record. MBA preferred.
