As a member of the Talent & Culture team, you will collaborate closely with the Director, Talent & Culture and Talent & Culture Partner in the planning, development, implementation of talent strategies and programs, such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational development. They will create, implement, and manage talent strategies and solutions to achieve critical business initiatives, partnering with various stakeholders and functions (HR Business Partners, HR Managers and Directors, Compensation, Learning & Development and HR IT) to deliver solutions proactively, innovatively, and effectively.

Essential Function:
Partner with business and HR leaders to design, develop and deliver people programs to enable business strategies.
Demonstrate business acumen by developing strong understanding of organizational landscape and hierarchy.
Deliver all aspects of year-end and/or mid-year performance review program including timeline, communications, training, reporting and system configuration.
Lead Talent Review strategic planning and delivery activities including program design and support facilitation of sessions across organization.
Responsible for ownership and optimization of organizational competency model.
Design and implement development planning and succession planning processes across enterprise.
Liaise with other HR members (i.e., Compensation, Corporate HR, Field HR, L&D, etc.) to ensure integrated delivery of talent life cycle activities.
Partner with Talent Development Specialist including coordination and review of deliverables
Manage the design and delivery of other internal Talent & Culture projects as needed by Director, Talent & Culture
Performs other job duties as required.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and execute various talent programs, including performance management, talent review and succession planning processes, and competency model
Collaborate with various internal partners (HR, Communications, IT) to design, enhance, and support talent programs
Build relationship with external vendors to develop and implement talent initiatives that support the company’s objectives; Manage contracts and services for talent external vendors
Manage program delivery, including timeline of communications, trainings, events, coordinate delivery with other HR and company initiatives
Proficiently configure talent modules and reporting within HRIS; proactively explore and seek enhancements to HRIS; frequently research external insights to suggest innovative technology solutions
Design and facilitate solutions to measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives, including surveys, reports and focus groups; share insights with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner; Facilitate agile adjustments to programs
Develop communication, training and supportive resources related to talent programs; collaborate with internal stakeholders in Communications, L&D, and HR Program Delivery; use innovative ways to engage with associates and leaders on talent programs
Create solution that aggregates all program feedback and system suggestions; prioritize and deliver agile enhancements to programs
Design and integrate talent data from various sources (HRIS, survey tool) through dashboards and presentations that share insights on critical talent needs
Job Requirements:
Education/ Certifications/or Equivalent combination of education training and experience:
Undergraduate degree required in business, OD, HR, or another related field.
Master’s Degree in Business, OD, HR, or another related field a plus.
Professional certifications in HR field (SHRM, S/PHR, ATD, etc.) a plus.
Experience:
5+ years of related experience in role with similar background/experience
HR System Implementation is preferred
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
