Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other methods
Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
Support the development and deployment of Salesforce applications
Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success
You prioritize projects well and always deliver quality work on time
Write code as part of creating a custom platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front-end web technologies), as well as integrations with back-office systems (often using middleware tools such as MuleSoft), and sophisticated data migrations
Participate as a member of the Agile team to deliver quality solutions consistently
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the Salesforce Lightning Experience to meet the specific needs of our client

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working on salesforce projects
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification
A minimum of three (3) years of experience with web application development including JavaScript, CSS, or HTML5
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs
At least 6 months experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform including: Lightning components using the Lightning design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools
A minimum of 1 year exposure to APEX data loader and integrations
At least 6 months exposure to leading/mentoring junior developers
Salesforce Lightning Experience Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge for both)
You have knowledge in developing for Salesforce Communities and Lightning App Builder
Current on Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and either through working at industry participants or advising to the industry
