We are seeking a Lead Tester with Agile software development experience to join our team. You will work with collogues to understand the client's requirements and test the solution. The right person will report to the development team any issues and to help maintain healthy products as they grow and evolve. You prioritize multiple projects and always deliver quality work on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building test cases. Testing requirements will include, regression testing, unit testing, automated testing, penetration testing and experience with modern testing tools.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute regression tests to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual effort
Collaborate with developers and other team members to identify and prioritize test cases
Analyze and report test results, and work with developers to resolve defects
Stay up to date with the latest testing trends and tools, and suggest improvements to our testing process
Requirements:
> Five (5) years of experience in software testing, with a focus on regression testing and automated testing
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C#
Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a tester
