The IT Project Manager will manage project initiatives, supporting all project stages ensuring that technology/applications choices at the local level are consistent with Global IT architecture and strategy. The IT Project Manager Interacts with the local CIO, enterprise IS architecture team, global PMO, infrastructure team, Centers of Excellence (CoE), and local plant app team for the North America Region (US, Mexico & Canada).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Ensures local solutions are aligned with the overall architecture (global & local)
For all new projects and technologies in the region, lead the change impact assessment
Support the project portfolio creation (demand gathering, prioritization, planning, capacity management, etc.)
Manage projects, ensuring the proper deployment (time, quality & cost)
Facilitate discussions that lead to the resolution of project issues and development impediments.
Report project progress to management and executive-level stakeholders consistently and in a standardized manner.
Ensure proper communication with stakeholders (local and global)
Coordinate internal resources and third parties
Reviews client's specifications for adherence to capabilities and with guidance. Provides production alternatives when necessary

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years' experience in Information Technology, including business analysis or service management
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
PMI certification or similar
Portuguese or French speaker
Experience in manufacturing environment
