PROGRAM MANAGER II

Connect Staffing, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for a long-term contract role with a top corporate employer headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The New Wifi Experience Role will be responsible for the execution of strategic marketing partnerships that drive incremental revenue across identified priorities within IFEC and across our client's enterprise. The position will own the execution of the team strategy and lead implementation to build innovative new partnerships which are identified that resonate with customers and offer differentiated value for the client and its customers.  Hourly rate up to $86.00/hr based on experience.  Responsibilities include:

• Manage relationships with key brand partners and agencies 


• Maximize client’s value proposition for brand partners by collaborating with key internal stakeholders by leveraging relevant client assets and communication channels across the enterprise 


• Work closely with the Brand Experience organization to ensure alignment of brand partnerships with the group’s overall customer experience strategy 


• Manages the implementation of the various parts of the partnership process, including but not limited to: strategy, contract negotiation, operational development, marketing, budgeting, and partner relationship management to create engaging partnerships and compelling offers for the customers. 


• Ownership of program and project execution process - supports the process of development of creative concepts and the packaging and delivery of ideas and new business presentations 


• Maximize the use of research and insights to create customized presentations and pitches to prospective clients 


• Meet & exceed sales goals

Qualifications:

• Must have either a bachelor's degree, plus a minimum of 7 years of strategic partnership, marketing, commercial, or business development experience; an MBA plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience


• Be a seasoned leader that’s focused on thoughtfully driving the business forward while always having the customer experience top of mind 


• Entrepreneurial, change-striving, and resilient spirit that leads by example 


• Demonstrated success in driving the new business process from concept and sale through to execution 


• Must have a proven ability to think strategically, be a thought leader and a change agent (is disruptive in thinking big and dreaming big without boundaries) 


• Executive presence and ability to work collaboratively across a large complex, matrixed business environment 


• Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines 


• Preferred qualifications:
  
  
  
  • Experience in digital, media, entertainment, brand, and/or agency industries; airline experience in partnerships is a plus.
