We’re glad you’re exploring our Financial Analyst I position and want to share some of the details. 

 

First, you will need a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance or related field or equivalent demonstrated skills and experience. 1-3 years’ experience with financial analysis in a manufacturing environment and 1-2 years’ cost accounting experience is preferred.

 

 

Second, the Financial Analyst I will be responsible for developing and reporting against an annual operating plan. You will develop quarterly rolling 12-month financial forecast based on annual operating plan or quarterly revenue forecasts. The Financial Analyst I will Coordinate the development of revenue forecasts, headcount plan, overhead estimates, and capital expenditure plans with key stakeholders. You will Provide analytical support to operations and all support functions and make recommendations.
