The candidate will be responsible for conducting physical audits on Workers Compensation and General Liability policies consisting of large, multi-state, multi-location risks with premium averaging $100k+.
Selected candidate will be completing physical audits in the following areas: Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
Responsibilities:
Auditor will be responsible for all aspects of field scheduling and inventory management.
Resolving audit questions, disputes, and assisting with business development.
Productive and professional audit service and relationships with producers and commercial underwriters are key components to successful performance.
Performance measured by field productivity; audit service including quality and timeline.
Compliance with established audit guidelines; collaboration with audit staff, underwriting and other Chubb business units
This position will work remotely, but is responsible to complete physical audits for insured's, located in San Francisco, CA, Greater Bay area.
May occasionally assist other auditors in different territories, which could require travel to other states.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years of Premium Audit experience
Demonstrated proficiency with the following skills is required:
Strong written and verbal communication - ability to articulate a concise and engaging presentation
Highly organized and superior time management skills - able to manage time and work assignments with little oversight
Confident and consultative resolution skills
General business knowledge and understanding of insurance products needed to provide value-added service
Ability to learn and articulate Chubb's underwriting philosophy and practices required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as other business-related software
Four-Year college degree or relevant business experience in Premium Audit function
