About the role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our Gartner Peer Connect team in the Global Product Management organization. Gartner Peer Connect is the world's most influential network of business leaders exclusively for Gartner end-user clients where they can discuss key issues and critical business decisions.

Product Operations Specialist consistently drive client visits, participation and engagement within Peer Connect, ensuring a valuable experience where clients can learn from each other and get answers to their questions in an online community. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of both product and client management along with excellent content creation & communication skills.

What you will do:


  • Gain clients' trust as the Gartner presence in the online community. Encourage clients to visit, contribute posts and share content through proactive outreach.
  • Moderate forum posts, questions and answers to ensure valuable client interactions.
  • Create customer journey roadmap to understand client behavior.
  • Facilitate networking within the community to drive engagement and further conversations.
  • Analyze metrics regularly to identify patterns, trends and monitor forum health.
  • Develop campaigns and promotions to drive registration and participation.
  • Foster relationships with contributors and superusers to gain trust and increase contribution.
  • Interview clients regularly to understand product feedback and ideas for improvement.
  • Acts as the point of contact with sales, service and research for the community that they manage.
  • Manage internal stakeholders (in Product Management, Engineering, Research, Services) and align business objectives through client engagement.
  • Mentor junior associates in the team.
What you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Product, Content, Research, Marketing or Community team
  • Strong problem solving, research & content creation skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to prepare and present reports/analyses
  • Very Strong Oral & Written Communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business Studies or Economic/English Hons preferred) + MBA (IT, Ops or Marketing) (preferred)
