The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development of proposals, qualifications, and presentations.  Additional duties include coordination of interviews, award submittals, maintenance of collateral materials, advertisement development, and event planning.


 


Responsibilities



  • Primarily responsible for assisting with proposal responses and presentations for construction pursuits using the firm’s approved brand graphic guidelines in a deadline intensive environment

  • Assist with industry tradeshows

  • Develop a wide variety of material used in marketing/business development activities such as graphics, printed brochures, and other publications, digital images, displays, etc.

  • Provide database (Cosential) administration: custom reports, knowledge management, policies, and procedures

  • Develop industry award submittals to further promote company achievements and gain additional industry recognition

  • Assist corporate communications in the creation and editing of media/press releases

  • Create and edit internal communications marketing pieces

  • Manage the maintenance of marketing information - resumes, experience listings, AIA 305, project descriptions

  • Development of a wide variety of material used in marketing/business development activity such as graphics, printed brochures, and other publications, digital images, displays, etc.

  • Coordinate and oversee special events including open houses, groundbreaking and topping out ceremonies

  • Support and coordinate client interviews working with business development and project team

  • Maintain an organized filing system for proposals, including databases

  • Coordinate follow up on proposals as needed


 


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field such as Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Writing required

  • 2+ years of comparable experience, preferably in the Construction, Engineering, or Architectural industries

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Proficient user of PC-based Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign

  • Must be able to work flexible hours as needed or required by project or proposal deadlines

  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organization skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Work independently and as part of a team

  • Occasional travel
