About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

The Revenue Inventory Manager manages passenger cabin assignments and dinner seating according to

reservation requests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor and maintain vessel inventory to ensure all voyages have been cleared

and balanced prior to departure.

• Perform guest upgrades as needed

• Participate in weekly Inventory Meetings with clear actions and decision points to improve

occupancy and/or yield.

• Monitor and control dining overflow on all vessels

• Work as liaison between the Groups and Reservations Departments to support overflow calls

from the contact center

• Ensure behavior and performance supports the company’s mission, vision, values, and operating

principles

• Solicit feedback and take action to continuously improve the success of the team.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of directly related experience preferred


Skills & Abilities:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Advanced Excelskills preferred.

• Must be experienced with professional computer navigation/operations.

• Reservations booking experience preferred.

• A strong command of both written and spoken English is required.

• Must be detailed oriented.


Other:

• Must be at least 21 years of age


  • Submit to and pass alcohol and drug tests including but not limited to pre-employment, random,

    reasonable suspicion, and post-accident/incident testing
