Job Summary
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual performance analysis related to consolidated financial metrics (EBITDA, Free Cash Flow, Capital expenditure) Coordination of consolidation of budgets across the organization (Wholesale, Retail, Corp and ACS) Provide administrative support for Host in the planning org
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for financial performance analysis on the consolidated level (EBITDA, Free Cash Flow and Capital expenditure)
Coordinate and consolidate budgets and long-range plan (LRP)
Develop management reporting packages for the monthly and quarterly financial performance review
Provide ad-hoc analysis for management questions
Communication with key budget contributors and planning leaders on budget submission timing and requirements
Improve the financial analysis and planning process
Construct and provide global assumptions to planning leaders to be embedded in the budgeting process
Provide technical supports in Host for the Planning org
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
Experience gained through college degree programs and or certifications in Finance or Accounting
7-10 experience years of Financial Planning and Analysis
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of relational database and PeopleSoft is preferred
Demonstrated track record of managing management communication and presentation
Key Metrics
Supports the budget approval and reporting process in close collaboration with Planning leaders
Provide ad hoc support for Planning leads related to consolidated reporting, EBITDA and Free Cash Flow
Provide other ad hoc financial modeling and analysis as requested
Support Long Range Planning process
Provide analytical support for key events – earnings call, BOD meetings, FOR meetings
Assist all planning groups in developing cash flow projection inputs
