ESIS, Inc. – EDI Coordinator

KEY OBJECTIVE:                                                                                                                                                             

Provides support for Workers’ Compensation claims office handling multiple jurisdictions and data quality for reporting electronic transactions to external customers as well as support to internal system users to assist with corrections for State Reporting.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                                                                              


  • Develop subject matter expertise for your assigned jurisdictions.

  • Work closely with Supervisor and other EDI Coordinators to solve system issues or feed problems and corrections.

  • Maintain daily rejection and error reports and ensure timely correction of errors.

  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze reports and compile data in order to provide feedback and address trends with your assigned office(s).

  • Work with the office and team on training needs to improve the accuracy and timeliness of state reporting in the office(s) you support.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally to external and internal clients via email or phone ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Ability to prioritize assigned tasks with a quick turnaround time.

  • Ability to work in multiple systems.

  • Ability to work independently and provide support for multiple claims offices.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, i.e., Email, Excel, and Word.

  • Knowledge of the Mitchell system or any state reporting system would be preferred but is not required.
