This is a remote position as an Infrastructure Architect Manager Sr within PNC's Digital Workplace Administration organization, that can sit within the PNC footprint, although it may not be available in all jurisdictions.

Certain job responsibilities may require in-person, in office activities on a regular basis..

Base Salary: Commensurate with skills and experience.

Prior experience with Compliance Technology Platforms, including: Archiving Platforms, SMS text capture.

Strong understanding of FINRA and Broker Dealer Regulations.

Strong understanding of GDPR and CCPA is a plus.

Job Description


  • Develops strategies for platform architecture and insures that they align with business strategies and processes; manages technical resources and architecture staff to deliver high quality programs.

  • Develops strategies for platform architecture and creates a vision that aligns with business strategies, processes and needs.

  • Designs best practices, standards, architectural approaches and complex technical resolutions for (PA) processes.

  • Oversees overarching quality improvement efforts for platform architecture.

  • Manages, motivates, and develops the performance of the technology management team and key staff

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
