The Assistant RN Manager PACU will become a member of a 300+ bed hospital that has provided the Long Island residents with the highest quality healthcare for over 50 years. The Assistant RN Manager PACU will report to Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services and will help lead the daily operations of the designated unit. The Assistant RN Manager PACU will oversee the personnel management and staff scheduling for the unit, lead quality control and performance improvement projects, help train and orient new nurses and employees, ensure regulatory readiness, and assist the Nurse Manager as needed. The Assistant RNManager PACU will hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and serve as a clinical expert and provide direct clinical care as needed.
